Section 5: Self-defense

Front choke - Palm heel to face, step back, swing arm over and back, reverse elbow strike to face, side kick to knee.

Rear choke - Raise arm, cross step, turn and swing arm back and around, trap arms, palm to face, knee to groin.

Lapel grab w/ punch - Step in w/grabbed side leg, turn in and hammer fist down 45 degrees on elbow, turn back and elbow to face.

Arm around the throat - Grab wrist and pull down to chest, elbow back to ribs, stomp foot and grab above elbow to shoulder throw.

 

Wall techniques:

Forearm against the throat - Outside hand on elbow, palm heel to face, grab wrist, cross step and turn out pulling arm across, pressure elbow to the wall and twist wrist behind back.

Double lapel - Groin kick w/shin, snake arm through their arms, swing elbow over to reverse elbow strike to face, grab around face and leg throw.

One hand choke - Palm heel wrist, reverse elbow strike to face, cross step and turn out and circle arm behind back to arm bar.
